Our current emphasis lies in three pivotal areas: agricultural development initiatives, the initiation of new operations involving capital-intensive turnkey projects, and the enhancement of existing operations.

Capital-Intensive
turnkey projects: 

FarmVision specializes in the establishment of new operations through capital-intensive turnkey projects. We take pride in ourability to guide clients through the intricate process of launching and managingthese ventures, ensuring their long-term success.

SHILOH DAIRY
PROJECT

The scheme is located on the R67 road toFort Beaufort, ± 1 km from Whittlesea. It isalso 40 km from Queenstown and 102 km from Fort Beaufort and straddles the tar road. There are ± 395 beneficiaries in this dairy project. The total area of the project is 411 ha under irrigation.

SEVEN STARS COOPERATIVE

FarmVision compiled a business plan and acted as project manager during 2006/07 for phase 1 of the infrastructure development (dairy parlour, sheds, roads, fencing, electricity, and irrigation) of a 1,000 cow in herd dairy project at Keiskammahoek, SouthAfrica.

WITTEKLEIBOSCH
DAIRY TRUST

The dairy parlour at Wittekleibosch Dairy Trust (WDT), constructed at a cost of R32 million, was officially inaugurated byMlibo Qoboshiyane, the MEC for Rural Development and Agrarian Reform, on September 21, 2017. FarmVision played a pivotal role inpreparing the business plan instrumental in securing the funding for this project.

NNT WOMENS POULTRY

NNT Women’s Poultry (Pty) Ltd is a layer enterprise at the Wittekleibosch Community (Wittekleibosch Development Trust) in the Eastern Cape Province that contributes to economic development, employment generation and poverty reduction.

MAYIME WINERY

In 2011, the Mayime Cooperative took control of their destiny and began to develop a dairy business, including the creation of a share-milking trust. A year later, the Cooperative established a wine grape planting programme at the Shiloh Irrigation Scheme, starting with 5ha of grapes, including Pinotage, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Colombard.

VEGETABLE PRODUCTION - DRC

The project entails the transformation of farm near Kinshasa inthe Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) into a successful Agri-Enterprise specializing in the production and supply of high-quality vegetables to retailers.

- MOZAMBIQUE

Located in the Chemba district of Sofala Province, the project focuses on rice and sugar bean production, crucial staples for both local consumption and economic stability.

BEEF DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT

FarmVision is implementing a Southern African beef development project targeting exportmarkets in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. The project entails partnerships with local farmers, theestablishment of modern feedlots and abattoirs in the Eastern Cape.
